Our "The price we quote on the phone is the price you pay. No upsells at the door, no surprise per-vent charges." policy applies exclusively to the services explicitly listed and booked through our standard channels, provided all relevant property details are accurately disclosed during booking. Add-ons or services not included in standard packages may incur additional charges as outlined in our pricing schedule.
If you need to cancel or modify your scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with insufficient notice.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
